Long View High School has been a safe haven for 26 years, taking in students from all kinds of backgrounds, and granting them a place to thrive and learn, where they otherwise struggled with a myriad of issues. Gavan Goodrich announced the transition of students out of Long View via email, aiming for the ‘21-‘22 school year to be the last Long View graduating class. But with how essential and formative this school has been, not only for myself, but for every part of our Long View family, old and new, it’s more important than ever to keep our doors open. Long View may be small but that doesn’t make it any less valuable. Save Long View!
