Hello, 

 At Orkin Pest control they have a very old school dress code and for time sake I won’t go into all of it but the biggest problem is the men not being allowed to have any facial hair other than a mustache, they claim it’s because of the respirators but what about the all the employees that aren’t technicians? You have account managers, branch managers, regional managers, division managers, ect. Firefighters are now being allowed to have beards and they wear respirators all the time.
  I’m not asking for us to have a full duck dynasty beard. Something clean cut and close to the face.

It’s 2021, beards have been in fashion for 10 plus years now, lawyers, doctors, senators, CEO’s ect. have beards so you can’t say it’s unprofessional anymore. I hope this gets to the right people.
 Please allow your Rollins and Orkin employees to have a beard.
