I am starting this petition in order to protect investors from a predatory CEO who has made many false and/or contradictory statements that have led investors to put their hard earned money into this security: $OZSC only to find out that the statements are false. These statements which have been proved to do clear and fiscal damage to the security and to the investors have contributed to the financial loss of those who invested based on these statements. A CEO who develops a shell company in order to garner capital based on false information needs to be brought to justice.
