Richard Garriott's "Tabula Rasa" was an MMORPG developed by Destination Games and published by NCsoft. It was designed by some of the creators of Ultima Online. This included the famous Richard Garriott who flashed the symbolic language while in space during the last days of the game being online. The game was an massive online role-playing game that blends certain shooter mechanics into the combat system. It was officially released to retail on November 2, 2007. Wwith customers pre-ordering the game, it allowed access to the live servers before October 30, 2007.

Tabula Rasa's story line was about humanity's last stand against a group of aliens called the Bane. The story took place in the future on two different planets called Arieki and Foreas. The planets were always in a state of constant conflict between the AFS (Allied Free Sentients) and the Bane. The term tabula rasa means scraped tablet or clean slate in Latin, which refers to a fresh start, or starting over.

According to the developers, the game included many abilities for players to influence the outcome of a war between the player characters and the NPCs. This in turn was a huge hit with the gaming community although it did not really start gaining popularity until the final few months of F2P action that it was shut down.

This is why we wish to request that you bring it back online and turn it into a F2P game for all to enjoy it. It was a big part of the SciFi Gaming Community I have seen way to many posts even today to let it go.
