Hear me out. So, the move attract is only used for one purpose in Pokemon games. That purpose is to make the opposing Pokemon infatuated and less likely to attack. Now here's the issue with that. Attraction is the action of evoking interest, pleasure, or liking for someone or something. This does not show how a Pokemon should be able to become less likely to attack another, as attraction does not create such a dilemma. It merely creates a feeling of interest. However, seduction is to evoke someone to a belief or into a course of action that is inadvisable or foolhardy. This means that you are knowingly making a Pokemon fall into a trap, which is what the move attract does. It makes the opposing Pokemon fall into the trap of not being able to attack. Because of this, TM-45 Attract should be changed to seduce.
