As an honorary consul, YM Tengku Shamsul Bhari will promote and protect the interests of the Republic of The Gambia and the Gambians in our consular district, including providing consular assistance and services to Gambian citizens; promoting the Republic of The Gambia on trade, commerce, industry, investments, culture, agriculture, and tourism; reporting periodically on economic, political, social, cultural, technological, and scientific development in our jurisdiction; and representing the government of the Republic of The Gambia in local official functions and ceremonies.
