you have no ruler, no tools, nothing. how do you lay down the rubber band on the ground as a perfect circle?

The mages and wizards from 99.co saw this coming, with no hesitation, they turn their ward and spells to this new challenger.

Some say peeing into the rubber band will make it a perfect circle, some starts judging the question....

Not long after, they all gave up and beg for the answer.

And the answer is.... to blow in the center of the rubber band to it make a perfect circle.

yea right... prove it.
