Petition to Rename Doddabommasandra Main Road starting From DBS Arch upto Nanjappa Circle to "Lt Col Niranjan Kumar Road"

Lt Col Niranjan Kumar laid down his life fighting terrorists in Pathankot. Lt Col Niranjan grew up in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru and his family currently live there. His family, friends and neighbors remember him as devoted to the army and dedicated to his country.

Since his young age he was interested in the armed forces. He opted for short service commission and when we asked why not air force or navy, he said he was in love with the olive green - As quoted By his Father

We want to keep this martyr's memory alive by renaming Doddabommasandra Main Road starting from Arch upto Nanjappa Circle as  "Lt.Col Niranjan Kumar Road" 

We urge Honorable Mayor of Bengaluru G. Padmavathi  and BBMP Commissioner Sri Manjunath Prasad to look into this matter.
