Problem: Funplus launched a Game in Dragon Reborn number of years ago as a beta yet pay to play for India. People joined it and really enjoyed it, but since a year now as people have been spending more and more. there support has gone to worst, there support closes ticket without resolution, critical bugs stays on for months without a fix or no fix at all, a bug was recently exploited where players trained million in troops and the spenders were left in dungeon as now there spent money is worth nothing. it was reported even players took to a extend that they investigated it and provided videos of how it was done. but support has done nothing and close ticket by saying they will watch out in future. for other issues they say it is by design and the funny thing is king of avalon is from what Dragon reborn was replicated and yet that game do not have that issue. So for us Indian Player we do feel as cheated and all we ask is either provide proper support or refund the money to all the players that they are paying for the services.

This Issue has Impacted all of the players not individual.
