Add a #music channel! We(The Community) need one. We love music and its a shame to share good music with others in #off-topic and just get lost because someone just starts a random conversation.

Stop @Barry from reacting when support rank say `I have a question`, `I have questions` etc. We(The Support team) don't usually ask that because we want help.

Add access to `=offtopic` to support rank. We(The Support Team) can't stop an off-topic conversation from the support channels because some people don't care. Having Barry tell them to stop might actually help a lot.
