We off reservation members need help and funding as well, just as much as on reservation members! While we live off reservation we do NOT get to much help as to on reservation members, we try hard to better ourselves but unfair treatment from our open people is not right! We DESERVE FUNDING JUST AS MUCH AS ON RESERVATION MEMBERS! ALL OUR TRIBAL NUMBERS ARE USED FOR THE GRANTS SO THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON we do not receive funding just like everyone else
