My name is Dominick Giuffrida. I am the founder of Green Line Opportunities , a 501c3 organization dedicated to human rights and equity!

We believe all humans have an unalienable right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, access to resources, safety ,and security!

Our mission is to build homes, businesses, and jobs while creating clean energy, air, and water.

Our organization currently entered a grant contest to be graded and selected by the public and awarded to the most optimized strategy for addressing public needs. Our organization scored in the 97th percentile as graded by the community voting panel. 

Our project scored within an adequate margin to receive funding amongst over 460 other projects.

However, our project was overlooked to build moderate to low income housing, though Norristown is currently underserved with a large number of homeless, and vacant housing.  

 

Our proposed projects impact would be :

• Free to ultra low cost sustainably built and powered housing. Over 100 units in the first 3 years.
• Over 1 GW of renewable energy for the local grid.
• Millions of gallons of clean water, cleaner than our current tap for local distribution. This water can be sourced from toxic or non-potable sources.
• Creation of ultra pure hydrogen for development of local green infrastructure including free refueling stations. 
• Creation of over 3000 jobs in the emergent green sector. 
• Free schooling and education in underserved communities through our education partners. 
• Agricultural smart farm development for underserved communities.
• Behavioral health aid.
• A Community Center for events or special uses.
• Entrepreneurial training programs.

This petition is to request that the county add funding for our organization , Green Line Opportunities, in the requested amount, in exemption or addition to the current draft selections.  

Our pledge and commitment to the community of Montgomery County PA will be to create and restore over 1000 dwelling units in our first 10 years of operations.  

Our mission is to create value in our community through enrichment of all available resources.  We will show companies how to work collaboratively with us create a direct positive impact on their local community through their daily practices.
