Its 2025 and as a PS User I would love to play with my best friends who are on Xbox and PC. 

I think the easiest and best way FromSoft could make this happen while not forcing players who don't want to participate is to have a toggle feature for cross-platform that they can toggle freely when matchmaking with randoms or specifically searching for friends.  Nightreign would also benefit significantly with voice chat features given this game is a multiplayer title and to guarantee victory some sort of consistent communication is key. 

Without Cross-platform capabilities a lot of players are being discouraged to purchase Nightreign due to such a limiting factor that prevents players from journeying together with friends on different platforms. In addition, matching with randoms is not always the best experience and with voice chat missing, communication can be very frustrating at key moments in time.
