Ross's time as Fremantle Football club coach has to be over.  He came in as coach with an awesome list which made a grand final appearance but when that list dropped away Ross's weaknesses appeared in plain sight. He struggles to develop young players into AFL caliber footballers. His defensive coaching style is outdated and he has never been able develop a functioning forward line.

I think most Freo supporters would agree that Ross has had more than enough opportunities and its time for a fresh start with a new coach. We're wasting quality players careers at this point. 

Let's get rid of him before its too late!!
