Im not going to go in lengthy detail about Mr. McIntyre, i will say he was charged with 2 counts of murder, (one including capital murder) and robbery. He was found guilty of murder and robbery but not capital murder. We are petitioning to you because we are concerned about the case of this 19 year old young man and the conditions he was kept in pending trial. not only was he denied basic human, even animal rights, but he was only 16, 17, 18, at the time. 3 years went by and now he is 19, and while you may think hes just another statstic. i would propose that you kindly reconsider, he has learned his lesson and he was not in his right mind at the time. he was also still a juvenile/minor at the time so it is completely unfair to do this to him. he was "snitched on" by others because they did not want to suffer the repercussions that they deserved. they are the guilty ones. Tayk (Taymore Trayvon McIntyre) is a 17 year old rapper who was charged with home invasion and murder in July 2017, and charged with another Murder and battery assault in late July 2017. Tayk was apprehended on August 30th, after doing “the race”. He was sentenced life in prison just 3 months after his hit song “The race”.
