The city of Freeport, IL, has seen an uptick in violent crime over the last decade. Multiple murders, shots fired, and gunshot victims have become commonplace in our community. 

A comprehensive and viable plan was created and presented to the citizens of Freeport, and now our citizens' group would like to present it to the City Council.
