William givens has been incarcerated since he was 17 for a mistake he made as a juvenile ! In 2018 he was accused of a very serious charge which he was found not guilty in that time of being found not guilty they gave him three 20 year sentences for a contraband that was not even on the facility grounds . He was told if he did not sign the plea to that charge they will make sure they run his time and he will never get out so he was young and scared and signed the plea thinking okay none violent he will do 33% and get home to his children and family since then he has been told that he will never be home either way to his family and they will make sure of that!  he has been moved from  prison to prison for no reason to justify why they keep transferring him every four to five months to stop him from progressing and better himself ! He is placed in positions to hold him back from doing and making it possible for him to stay safe and get home to his family ! They make him believe that if he helps and works with the facility in keeping the other inmates from fighting and making sure no harm is done with in that they will make sure he gets his good time ! If they give him any good time the find sometime to write him up drop his level then move him ! With out allowing him to even fight for his rights and prove he is not guilty from what they are now accusing him of ! They keep all his paper work from him to keep him out the time frame of appeal of any situations he is put in ! We currently have a legal team doing a investigation on the situation can you please look into this and see if there is anyone to help ! He does not deserve this and he has no voice from with in those walls it’s not okay please help us and our family !
