On Monday, June 12 2017 former Pennsylvania Innocence Project Staff Investigator Zach Stern wrote in his witness interview report. That witness ______ expressed willingness to speak about the " Tyree Wallace case". The witness backed up his original comments to Mr. Stern that he relayed via the telephone that everyone in the neighborhood knew that (Prosecutors witness) James Davis aka "Man" lied and that Tyree Wallace was innocent. The witness said that Davis was involved in the killing of Mr. Kang but pinned it on "Tyree Wallace". Investigator Stern showed the witness the police statement that he signed as well as Davis's statement to police. The witness adamantly denies ever saying anything close to what was in his police statement. The witness states that he is a friend of James Davis and was with him on the day of Mr. Kangs' murder and the things that Davis had in his statement (and testified to) concerning me were not true. He acknowledged that I was not among their circle of friends and did not come around them. This witness clearly and adamantly denies the totality of states witness James Davis. This witness says that Davis has freely admitted to many people that he indeed was involved in this crime and " pinned it on Tyree Wallace ".... One key piece to remember is that this false testimony by states witness James Davis not only falsely convicted me and has me unjustly incarcerated for twenty four years. It also means that Justice has not been served for the late Mr Kang. This man, who according to multiple of his friends, participated in the killing of Mr. Kang has lived his life, not faced any consequences and is completely willing to allow me to die prison for a crime that he knows that I had no involvement in and knowing full well that he was a key part of making this happen.
