The Assistant district attorney Yvonne Ruiz, who prosecuted my case was accused by multiple witnesses of misconduct. When one of the prosecutor's witnesses, Sonja Godfrey was caught in a lie by my then trial attorney, a lie that completely invalidated her testimony. She looked at the former district attorney and then said, " I didn't want to say it they made me say it". The importance of a witness admitting under oath that she was forced to lie cannot be understated. Other states witness also accused the former prosecutor of misconduct, when at trial he admitted that he lied concerning my involvement and that he only said it to get his deal. I am referring to former district attorney Ruiz as former, because she was fired by current District attorney Larry Krasner, ostensibly for misconduct. Assistant district attorneys have immunity from anything they do in a court room. Ask yourself, why would law abiding citizens who are not committing crimes, why would they need immunity. And with this protection and the benefit of the doubt that they receive, what was the impetus for her firing? Former court bailiff Sheriff John Hamilton was approached by a state's witness and told by that witness that the witness lied concerning my involvement. The witness wanted to know what the penalty for perjury was because he felt as though he had to come forward and tell the truth. Sheriff Hamilton came forward and made my attorney aware of this conversation. He then testified at trial and under oath on my behalf, to what was relayed to him. As a result, the Commonwealth witness was recalled to the stand and at that time admitted that I was in no way involved in the killing of the late Mr. Kang. At trial my attorney presented alibi testimony. Mr. Damon Milligan testified that at the time of Mr. Kangs death I and multiple other people were at his mother's house. I will continue to speak out and make known the mountain of evidence that proves that I had absolutely nothing to do with the robbery or killing of Mr. John Young Su Kang. Next, I will make clear and discredit (through evidence) how my name was involved in this crime and other points of innocence.
