On October 24th 2016 former Staff Investigator Zach Stern according to his witness interview report, interviewed another witness who provided exculpatory evidence on my behalf. This witness was interviewed at his home in Philadelphia PA. This witness said that he knows and is a friend of the states main witness James Davis (or Man). He states flatly that James Davis lied to police and at trial about me being involved in the murder of the late Mr. John Young Su Kang. This witness states that on the day in question he was with James Davis for 6pm until 8:30. The two were together in Davis's basement. He adamantly denies that I ever came to Davis's home at any time, as Davis falsely claimed. The witness stated the only people at Davis's home was himself, Davis, Raheem Shackleford and Davis's sisters. This witness provided background information and clarity concerning the relationships of some of the defendants and witnesses. James Davis, and other witnesses were all friends. This witness also stated that I (Tyree Wallace) am not a friend of that circle, and he states that as far as he knew that I was not a friend of Raheem Shackleford (which is 100% accurate). The witness then stated that immediately after the murder Davis stopped coming around and the witness did not see him much. When he did come around, he was very quiet and acted serious and weird. Soon after speaking with police, Davis and his family moved out of South Philadelphia to the North Philadelphia area. Soon after the killing of Mr. John Young Su Kang, this witness was interviewed by police and immediately told them that Davis lied concerning my involvement. He has confirmed repeatedly that all of Davis's allegations against me were false. This is one of many witnesses who prior to trial told police that I had no involvement and that the witnesses they were utilizing were lying. The primary goal of the officers who investigated Mr. Kang's death was a conviction. Justice, integrity and truth...

Up next, more exculpatory evidence, alibi testimony, police misconduct, prosecutorial misconduct, and more. I thank you all for your support. Coming soon it will be time to make your voices heard...wearethesrc!
