This petition has been made not only to save Robert Pruett from being executed, but to free him from Death Row altogether. Firstly, he was sentenced to 99 years in prison for a murder, himself, didn't committ. Now, he is to be executed next month for the murder of officer Nagle, even though there is no physical evidence at all of him even touching Nagle.
