Police Tampering Scandal: Wrongfully Convicted for 8 Years
In 2010, Ricky Moore was wrongfully accused and charged for two burglaries. There is no positive identification of Mr. Moore’s fingerprints or involvement in either crime. After 8 long years of wrongful conviction and fighting injustice. Ricky Moore’s legal advocates, family, and friends have been awaiting a decision from the Manhattan Courts regarding a recent Motion filed in July 2022 - 6 months ago pertaining to his hopeful exoneration and release.
The trial lawyer, prosecutor, and police officers all conspired with others, violated Ricky Moore’s civil rights: presented false testimony, perjury, and falsified fingerprint evidence in connection with the investigation and trial. This tampering of evidence is police corruption. To wrongfully convict a citizen and not review or respond to evidence which will overturn a conviction is a gross injustice and misconduct of the judicial system.
This obstruction of justice: perjury, falsified evidence, falsified testimony, and corrupt activities such as those alleged to have been committed. These actions erode the public’s faith in law officials and enforcement. We as citizens demand and deserve diligent police officers and law officials to uphold the highest standards of conduct and not to violate the civil rights of citizens.
Ricky Moore has made a complaint with the Inspector General of The City of New York Department of Investigation regarding police tampering of his wrongful conviction of manufactured fingerprint evidence and committed perjury. The last correspondence from the Inspector General’s Complaint was received on Feb 24, 2022. The Inspector General of The City of New York: Department of Investigation told Ricky Moore to file a complaint with the New York City Police Department: Internal Affairs Bureau. Ricky Moore has previously filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Bureau.
Ricky is a great son, father, brother, uncle, and cousin. He is intelligent, well spoken, educated, thoughtful, and kind. Ricky has been raised and is supported by a large loving family that is seeking justice and his release. We want Ricky home so that he can care for his children, family, and make his contribution to society. Ricky is diligently working towards becoming a Paralegal.
The time is now and we are asking support from New York State residents and residents across the United States. We are crying out and we need change now to help release Ricky Moore.
