Nelson Rodriguez, my beloved father, has suffered an egregious act of judicial corruption that has unjustly stolen nearly 40 YEARS OF HIS NATURAL LIFE.
This is not a tragic mistake; it is an entrenched culture of corruption fueled by systemic failures. We possess irrefutable documentation and evidence of his innocence—evidence that has been systematically suppressed, ignored, or dismissed by the very officials sworn to uphold the law. For four decades, my father has languished behind bars, separated from his family, while those who should protect justice have turned a blind eye.
The Warrior's Fight: Freedom Denied at Home
My connection to this fight is personal and non-negotiable. I proudly served my nation as a decorated 3-tour Iraqi War veteran, committed to protecting our freedom overseas. Yet, I am forced to fight the deepest corruption right here at home to secure my father’s freedom.
This fight is my life. I am over a thousand miles away from my home in Colorado, at times living out of my car, caught in a state of Arrested Development until this travesty is corrected. I will not go home until justice is served and my father is released.
Our Demand: Release and Retribution

Furthermore, we demand accountability for every official responsible for perpetuating this injustice. This corruption reaches from the Department of Corrections and an Erie County Supreme Court Judge all the way up to Governor Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James. Their persistent inaction and failure to review the evidence make them complicit.
