Ammar Aljazairi filed a complaint about the Police report being falsified by Investigator Robert Drumm. First Sargent Sean Shelton sat down with me and my brother Mohammed Aljazairi and went over the audio recording and the report and highlighted the areas that do not reflect what Mustafa told Investigator Drumm. One week later, First Sargent Sean Shelton calls to inform us that he has confirmed that there is a bodycam recording by Officer Drumm of the conversation and that it was uploaded to the case file as long it has existed. He personally called the Commonwealth Attorney Amy Ashworth and asked if she was aware of this bodycam’s existence and she confirmed that she’s aware of it. He then asked her if she was aware of the inconsistencies in the report made by Investigator Drumm and she stated that she was aware. That was all he asked her, and then he briefed the chief of Police. He asked us if we wanted to move forward with investigating Officer Drumm for those inconsistencies. We told him that we wanted to move forward with their internal investigation. He stated that he would go ahead with the investigation and see what remedies there are to this action.
