Cnty Atty Walz & Co Conspiraders in Blackhawk Cnty (Wloo,IA) continue to practice social injustice with minorities in this cnty. Fabrication of charges and conspiracies orchestrated by the police and cnty attys office send blacks to prison with no factual evidence*Effectively one in every five Black lowan's in prison was convicted in Black Hawk Cnty*found that mandatory minimums for drug and robbery offenses underscore this.Statewide, a 3rd of those serving on a mandatory minimum are Black.
People need to be called out for systemic racism in this County. Racial biases opinions are over ruling FACTS. Due Process isn’t being upheld due to bias: attitudes and stereotypes that shape our behaviors without realizing (Impractical) 
WE HAVE TO GIVE YOUNG African A chance at life. County Attorneys using their platform to harshly sentence blacks solely because they don’t like blacks have to be addressed. We deserve a equal justice system in BHC as well. Who in Waterloo IA will stand up against social injustice. It’s not okay to deny young blacks to bond out of jail by setting bonds $100,000 for $50,000 charges. The constitution is being violated and these”hate crimes” by our C.A., public defenders, and corrupt police force are not being challenged. Please stop modern day lynchings of blacks by systemic racism.We have to unite together and these people destroying our legal system have to be reprimanded by our senators and law makers.When we increase awareness laws will change and these corrupt officials will face charges for criminal malpractice
