Free Lolita: The Orca who’s in smallest tank in the world.

Free Lolita: The Orca who’s in smallest tank in the world.
The Issue
We are now nearing the end of 2020. Here we are free. I think of Lolita, a dolphin stuck in the city of Miami, held in one of the smallest and oldest tanks in the USA. I imagine her swimming around. Alone. For the past 37 years she has been all alone with no other Orcas. She gave us the gift of seeing a natural birth for the 1st time, and what did Seaquarium decided to take away her child & move her to another location. She cried and mourned, she gave off some of the highest pitch noises that have ever been recorded to just have her baby swim back. why... As you can see it’s disturbing to see her giant body in such a small, shallow tank with no shield from sunlight, rain etc. We cant sit around and hope for something to happen. BUT I can have HOPE and make a CHANGE. I'm am going to free the young and aging Orca stuck in the city. With enough signatures I will present a petition to Florida’s governor Ron DeSantis and senator of Miami, Marc Rubio. I will present my proposal to place her into an area in the ocean to feel the natural waves, breeze, and other sea creatures, in the place where she originated.
