100 Years of The injustice done to the Kurdish people: A Call for a United Independent Kurdistan and Accountability for War Crimes

Campaign

To: The United Nations General Assembly, The European Parliament, The International Criminal Court (ICC), and Global Human Rights Organizations.

The Kurdish people, a nation of over 50 million, are the indigenous inhabitants of Mesopotamia and Anatolia. Following World War I, the Treaty of Lausanne (1923) forcibly and artificially partitioned Kurdistan between four states: Turkey, Iran, Iraq, and Syria. This division, imposed against the will of the Kurdish people, initiated a century of systematic oppression, displacement, and massacres.

We call for immediate international action and justice on the following points:

Accountability for War Crimes and Genocides: We demand that the states and regimes responsible for committing massacres and war crimes against the Kurdish nation be held accountable under international law. There must be no impunity for those who have orchestrated systematic exterminations.

Justice for Historical Massacres: We demand official recognition of and reparations for:

The Koçgiri Massacre (1921): The brutal suppression of Kurdish identity.

Zilan and Dersim: The horrific mass killings of the 1930s.

Amûde Massacre 1960

Roboski Massacre 2011

Şengal Massacre 2014

Halabja and the Anfal Campaign: The chemical genocide in Southern Kurdistan.

End the Siege in Rojava Western Kurdistan (Syria): We demand an immediate end to the blockade. Cutting off water, electricity, and internet to millions of Kurds is a war crime. A humanitarian corridor must be established now.

Stop Executions in Iran: The international community must act to stop the state-sponsored executions of Kurdish activists and political prisoners in Iran.

The Right to Self-Determination: The 100-year-old injustice of Lausanne must be corrected. We call for the recognition of the Kurdish people's right to establish a United Independent Kurdistan as the only permanent solution to regional instability.

Freedom for Political Prisoners: We demand the immediate release of all Freedom of millions of Kurds in prisons politicians, journalists, and activists imprisoned for defending their national identity.

The Kurdish question is a test for the global conscience. Silence in the face of these atrocities is complicity. It is time to end a century of denial and support the birth of a free Kurdistan.

We wish to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who signs and shares this petition. By adding your name and encouraging others to join, you are standing in solidarity with a nation's struggle for survival, dignity, and justice. Thank you for being the voice of the Kurdish people.
