I have to do everything I can for my son. My name is Jessica and my son just turned 18 in August.  On September 1st exactly 1 mo after he turned 18yr old he was arrest by the fbi. He had nudes of a 16yr. Well he is now being charged ina federal court looking at 30yrs of his life for child pornography production. They denied him bond on his 1st ever crime. This is ridiculous and I hope someone can help me because my sons life literally depends on this. He is in Harvey county jail. He has been there since September because he was denied bail on a 1st offense 
 
Please i need someone to care about how unjust this legal system is being against a 18yr old who has never committed a crime in his life.  Never been in trouble ever and this prosecutor thinks 30yrs should be his sentence for a 2 yr age gap. He is not a child predator this girl was not under 12 or even 15 years old. She knew what she was doing. Please help me save my son. My son falls under the teen sexting laws and should get probation for 1st offense but Prosecutor Jason Hart wants to make a name for himself sending an 18yr old to federal prison for child pornography. They also are refusing to prosecute the girl who sent the pictures. So Jason Hart will prosecure the boy who recieved the pictures but not the girl who sent them.
