This plea is for Clint Dunning, a man whose case has been met with egregious claims of court corruption and improper handling for over 25 long years. A cold case that has unfairly placed Clint behind bars, largely ignoring the fact that the FIRE INVESTIGATOR himself SWEARS to Clint's innocence. This injustice is compounded by the court's refusal to let the fire investigator take the stand and testify in his defense. 2 small children died in 1992. Clint was only 19 yrs old and those kids loved him and he loved them. There was a confession to an under cover officer on unrelated case by a man the landlord knew. The man left state day before his lie detector test. Never followed up on by police. Witnesses have been strong armed and not let on the stand. 

The personal agony of this protracted case cannot be overstated. With witnesses whose credibility has dwindled over the decades and a landlord with a suspicious history of arson on two other properties from which he collected insurance,  Clint's case rests on shaky grounds. Notably, this particular incident occurred just two weeks after the landlord secured insurance – a suspicious detail that raises more questions than it answers. Despite this compelling background, Clint continues to bear the harsh brunt of a possibly unjust system.

Under the current situation, the chances of justice seem bleak without a transparent investigation and fair opportunity for the fire investigator's testimony. It's crucial for the legal system to reevaluate the evidence without bias or obstruction, giving Clint the fair trial he deserves.
