We would like to thank The Honorable Judge I Goorvitch for granting Earl Cox’s preliminary Injunction to Stop the Adoption of Beatrice and Benito and keep The CITY OF LOS ANGELES Animal Control Division from disposing in any way Beatrice and Benito.  

He used a creative Solomic approach and was able to free Beatrice and Benito by ordering The CITY OF LOS ANGELES Animal Control Division to adhere to City Municipal codes.
