Aysun Murselova, nicknamed Totu is a 2 year old girl from Baku, Azerbaijan, back in February 2022, her mother Shalala Murselova appeared on a TV show, she claimed she was having marriage difficulties and needed help caring for Aysun, she stated that Aysun had been a premature baby due to D. V and was a born with many illnesses, she had spent time in the premature baby unit, Shalala said she couldnt care for Aysun anymore as she had no money and no house for them to live in. Aysun's grandmother on her fathers side was willing to care for Aysun, but Shalala thought it wasn't a good idea, as the father would then stop her seeing Aysun, Aysun father already cared for Aysun's older brother who lived with him.

So with the help from the host of the show, it was decided that Shalala and Aysun would move into a shelter called the sevgi usaq siginacagi evi in Baku, the shelter was owned by Konul qasimova daughter of Zulfu qasimova who used to be associated with the government, according to Konul the shelter owner, she said the shelter was run on a voluntary basis and the shelter funds were donated mainly by people from different foreign countries, konul said she didn't get any sort of funding from her own country.

Konul states she made the shelter for a safe place for mothers and children to stay after escaping D.V and similar issues, many of these victims have nothing and Konul was supposedly going to help these victims sort their lifes out and help them get back on there feet, giving them a safe, secure place to stay with their children.

When Shalala and Totu first arrived at the shelter, Konul started to make a fuss over Aysun, taking pictures and videos of her on the shelters social media account, she started to get more followers because everyone thought little Totu was a cute little blue eyed blond haired baby girl, the donations came in. But people started to notice that a lot of followers were men who had a strange attraction to Totu, but Konul didn't mind because the donations were coming in. Then sometime in May last year the police raided the shelter after a 15 year old girl made accusations of child abuse against Konul and the shelter, the police removed all the children apart from Totu, she supposedly could still live because her mother still lived in the shelter with her, this made Totu Konuls only target for bringing in the donations, she would sit Totu on her knee for hours live on tiktok just to use the child for donations, after my team looked more into Konul Qasimova, we found out that she doesn't even spend the donations on the shelter or the children, she uses the donations for her own needs buying a brand new car and taking her family on luxury holidays.

Then things start to get darker, Shalala and Orxan sign over parental responsibility to Konul Qasimova's until 2027, all of Totu's health and well-being would be signed over to Konul, she now had the rights to do whatever she liked with Totu and nobody could understand why her parents did this, but their were talks of money and power being involved, 

At the end of November last year, two men came from abroad to visit Totu and Konul made her dance for them and they brought her gifts, which was really off, then Totu suddenly became ill, according to Konul she had a fever and suffered a seizure, Totu was supposedly in a coma for over 2 weeks, but there's no proof of that, tests were performed on Totu which found no epelipsy detected, also Totu supposedly had diabetes type 1, but Konul was always seen giving her sweets, it just doesn't make much sense! When Totu was finally home she was a shell of her normal self, they took a video of her in a pink tracksuit, her eyes just stared into space and she could be seen trembling, her mother was feeding her soup, Totu had no expression on her face, she looked like she had been traumatised by something and this video circulated around social media and a content creator came across the video she was shocked at how terribly unwell this child looked and she uploaded the video which she called the 1000 yard stare and the video went viral, millions of people were concerned over this child and there was evidence to suggest that Konul was purposely hurting the child, so people would feel sorry for the child and donate to the shelter, Konul would make videos saying the child had numerous medical conditions and all of the childs medical bills were to expensive to pay, everyone believed her, more donations came flooding in, but it wasnt long before people started to notice Totu wasn't acting herself on live videos she appeared to be scared and terrified of Konul, sometimes she seemed out of it like she had been given something to make her calm, other times she would be dancing none stop on lives till late into the night, Visitors came to the shelter just to meet Totu, taking pictures and videos kissing her, hugging her, it just wasn't right, Konul would then be buying her daughter new clothes and going on holidays with her family, but Totu never went out of the shelter, she was never allowed to go anywhere, not even to the shops or the park.

The reason why I'm doing this petition is to try and free this child, I want the Azerbaijan government to look into Konul Qasimova and looked into what she's actually doing, which is going to be a hard task as her father as got connections to the government, I want the government to understand that all children should have rights no matter if there poor or not and children should stop being exploited for money. No child should have to do the things poor Totu is made to do, this child should be living a carefree childhood with people around her who love her and not use her for there own needs. Totu should be playing with toys, not made to sit live on social media collecting donations so other people can live the high life, she should be going to nursery, going to the park, not stuck in that shelter all day, terrified of the person who is suppose to be caring for her, No child should have to go through physical and emotional abuse, this has to stop.Totu needs to be removed from Konuls care and also her own parents care and adopted into a family who want to care and love her not abuse her.

We need to be the voice for children that are to young to defend themselves, we have to stand up and fight for children's rights, in all countries, the laws need to change to protect all god's children.
