THE PROBLEM
With the recent introduction and expansion of online evaluation and checking systems in board examinations, many students have started raising concerns about unexpected scoring differences and possible checking inaccuracies.

A student should not have to pay heavily just to review their own answer sheet.

Our Demands-
1. Free Access to Evaluated Answer Sheet Photocopies
Every student should be able to receive a scanned photocopy of their evaluated answer sheet completely free of cost.
2. Reduction in Per-Question Re-evaluation Charges
The current fees charged for re-evaluation per question should be significantly reduced so students can fairly challenge possible checking errors without financial pressure.
3. Greater Transparency in Evaluation
Students should have a clear and transparent process to understand how marks were awarded and whether any mistakes occurred during checking or totaling.
4. Faster Rechecking and Verification Process
CBSE should ensure that rechecking and verification requests are processed more quickly, especially during college admission periods.

APPEAL
We respectfully urge CBSE and the Ministry of Education to make the answer-sheet access and re-evaluation process more affordable, transparent, and student-friendly.
Board examination marks directly impact the future of millions of students. Transparency in evaluation should never become a financial burden.
