While this might be helpful in regulating professional businesses, the same laws can stifle the entrepreneurial spirit of our young ones. In recent years, there have been several instances where children's lemonade stalls were shut down due to lack of permits.
Allowing minors to run lemonade stands without a permit can foster a sense of responsibility, business acumen, and social skills among them. Therefore, we urge the authorities concerned to redesign the laws pertaining to lemonade stalls.
