During this CoronaVirus, we are all trying to find things to keep us busy but also spending our money wisely. For some people it includes gifting our children with consoles or other devices to help keep them sane during this impactful time. For others, it is to keep ourselves busy or maybe even birthday gifts.

GameStop has created a trend of sending empty boxes, completely damaged items, off brand items in place of the real thing, providing tracking numbers but never shipping the item, etc. GameStop's customer service has refused to answer about 95% of the complaints issued in the last 5 months. Customers have sat on hold with the company for anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours before the line disconnected. Thousands of emails have been sent to their customer service with no response. Customers are crying out to people to help shut down this scam and get their money back.

We all want to support businesses in a time like this, however, when a company like GameStop is essentially scamming thousands of customers, it needs to come to an end. In order to support companies, we need to protect our citizens as well.
