On national television, Laura Ingraham and co-host Raymond Arroyo made a statement that tarnishes, diminishes, and racially mocks the image of a positive public figure in the African American community, Nipsey Hussle, who has recently passed away. His death impacted not only the African American community, but the world as thousands showed up to pay respect to his celebration of life ceremony at the staples center in Los Angeles, Ca. Rapper, entertainer, philanthropist and entrepreneur Nipsey Hussle, has positively impacted the world, especially with his activism and rebuilding of his home city, Los Angeles, Ca, meeting with police departments to end gang violence, and creating a coworking space to educate youths about tech and inspire collaboration. Ingragam’s and Arroyo’s comments are not only loaded with satire, but with a racially charged comment towards the African American race as a whole at the end of her comments. This is highly unprofessional not only them for, but for FOX as a company.

It has been displayed to the world that Laura Ingraham and Raymond Arroyo cannot handle her position of influence as a FOX anchor, as they’ve publicly displayed tremendous unprofessionalism. Upholding the responsibilities of representing FOX in a positive and unbiased way does not seem to be something they can fully commit to. Ms. Ingraham and Mr. Arroyo should not continue to hold her position at FOX. Their actions have the potential to create a detrimental effect to FOX's reputation, which could negatively impact viewer ratings and revenues. Not only should they both be removed from her position, but FOX should hold full accountability for it's employees with a public apology.

Ms. Ingraham’s and Mr. Arroyo’s actions disrespects and tarnishes the service and legacy of Nipsey Hussle, an iconic figure to the world. Ms. Ingraham and Mr. Arroyo also misrepresents and deeply tarnishes the integrity of FOX as a professional company.
