If we can change the laws to get stricter punishments for people who mistreat and abuse animals.Or worse leave them to a frozen death sentence.Lots of animals have suffered at the hands of human neglect.We have to be the voice for the babies who have been forgotten.Please help North Carolina get harsher punishments and penalties for people who have no regard for a non human life.They deserve more from us.
