The new Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies have replaced the original Rodrick (Devin Bostick). This has personally affected me to the point where I can’t even watch a Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie anymore. I am very upset that you didn’t just keep the original actor. I can understand why Greg and Rowley were replaced and I believe that it was a good choice. However, Rodrick was pretty much and adult in the movies he started in anyways. I think it would have been a better choice to just put some makeup on him (if needed) and kept him in the rest of the movies. I saw the new previews for the movies and as soon as I saw the other new actors I figured it was for the best, and then I saw Rodrick, not only was I repulsed but also disgusted. I immediately ran to my bathroom to throw up, they did Rodrick SO dirty. He doesn’t even look like the original Rodrick (who was SO much better) and he just didn’t fit the character description either! It’s almost like they just threw in any random guy off the street! My grandma saw the previews for the new movie and had a heart attack when she saw how dirty they did Rodrick (he was her favorite. ) (Rest easy Grandma Pat����) I want justice for grandma Pat and all Diary of a Wimpy Kid fans everywhere.
