RIGHT TO ENJOY HOME COMFORTS, denied by Invasive Noise pollution from MX motorbikes that disturb established residents for a 5klm radius of an approved (by Tenterfield Local Council) MX motorbike venue that operates 11hours a day for the 7 days of the week & all year. We residents do not get any R&R as the customers/riders utilise this venue every HOLIDAYS opportunity & the Qld & NSW school holidays; This DIN is most OFFENSIVE & IRRITATING TSC ignored residents OBJECTIONS to this venue so close to our RURAL RESIDENTIAL HOMES. We NEED our chosen LIFESTYLES BACK!! There are other areas nearby that are not RESIDENTIAL that would have been FAR MORE appropriate, that would not have denied neighbours of their HOME COMFORTS & their entitlement to R&R.
