We, the undersigned, believe that Fortnite's "simple edit" mechanic has negatively impacted both the competitive balance and skill expression within the game. While Fortnite has always been celebrated for its unique building mechanics, the introduction of simple edits has led to less skill-based gameplay, particularly in high-level competition. We are requesting that Epic Games reconsider or remove the simple edit feature in order to restore the integrity of the game’s competitive scene.
