The band started in 1967 produced albums of songs that are still popular and in demand till today. Among artists that have been snubbed over 30 years, We, the undersigned, firmly believe Dr. Hook is most deserving of this honor. They were proficient at roots in country,rock. pop rock, disco, novelty songs, and developed music with unprecedented harmony. Although disbanding in 1985 to allow the musicians to pursue their own careers, they still continue to produce a massive following in the USA, Europe, and Australia. We believe it is time for tribute to a group who has and still brings joyous memories to many listeners.
