After a go fund me (https://www.gofundme.com/f/73rr9-fordham-cleanupwas created by Fordham students, it has become apparent that the university has not donated any funds to rebuild the Bronx. The area surrounding the Rose Hill campus has been hit especially hard by protests turned violent by the police. As a Jesuit institution, Fordham prides itself in creating men and women for others. The university should be an institution for others and match all student donations in order to rebuild the Bronx and keep the community thriving.
