Ford and GM: Refuse Pentagon Offer — Don’t Fuel the War

The Issue

The Pentagon has begun talks with Ford and General Motors about producing parts for military vehicles and munitions, as weapons stockpiles have been drained by the Iran war.

Officials say it could take years to replace key weapons already used in just the past 40 days. Instead of slowing the conflict, the government is now looking to expand production by bringing in automakers.

This would mark a major shift — turning companies that build civilian vehicles into suppliers for active war efforts.

Ford and GM are not just being asked to innovate — they are being asked to help scale up a war.

We call on:

Ford Motor Company
General Motors
to refuse Pentagon requests tied to producing military components for ongoing conflicts.

Sign this petition to say: don’t turn car companies into war suppliers.
