I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 21 years. When I first started my service, they were a small wireless company called VoiceStream. There have been many ups and downs these 21 years, but I've stuck by their side.

Last year, T-Mobile grew a lot and made a huge profit. It did so well it returned $14.0 billion to its stockholders, including repurchases of $13.2 billion of common stock and first quarterly dividend payments of $747 million.

Now, starting on June 5th, 2024, T-Mobile plans to increase the price of monthly service plans for T-Mobile ONE, T-Mobile Magenta and other legacy rate customers by $5 per line per month. These are legacy plans which are grandfathered in and should remain unchanged as promised.

Back in 2017, T-Mobile unveiled its "UN-CARRIER" company policy and assured its customers that it would NEVER increase the monthly price if you switched to the T-Mobile ONE plan. I did this. And so did hundreds of thousands of loyal customers.

This promise must be honored to maintain trust and loyalty among long-term customers like myself.
