As a victim of misuse of policy and insensitivity to violent and hate speech on Meta Platforms' platforms like Facebook, and Instagram, I am putting forward this petition. My experience has been, repeatedly, that despite reporting the distressing content advocating violence against specific religious groups, my appeals fell on deaf ears. Instead, Meta Platforms penalized my account, reiterating their flawed policy.

There is an alarming trend of the blame being shifted to the reporting user, ignoring the essence of the reported issue. There have been cases where Multimedia conglomerates have been sued for acted on bias, but from my perspective and experiences, these platforms are extending protection to hate speech.

A shocking revelation is how the terms and conditions of these social media platforms undermine users' civil rights, making it a matter of grave concern. Like many others, I'm left with little choice but to continue using these platforms, given the monopoly they have established.

Meta Platforms, Google, and Apple, among others dominate the tech scene, but their approach towards hate speech must change. It's time for these global platforms to prioritize their duty towards ensuring a safe and respectful environment for their user base. This situation is unacceptable, and right now, there is no accountability.
