City admits that $200,000 has been spent already

The City of Colorado Springs has now admitted to me that since 2013 the City of Manitou Springs has spent over $200,000 working on the trail on the land in question. The work was done by Rocky Mountain Field Institute. One can see some of this work in places, but it has not even scratched the surface of the work that needs to be done. This proves that the trail needs between half a million and a million dollars worth of work, and thereby the appraisal that was submitted by the Broadmoor Hotel for the land swap is invalid. All land that was exchanged must be returned to its original owners.
