I want it made law that EVERY board in British football has one 'genuine' fan on it. This will help football in two ways; primarily it will ensure that changes are done for the good of the fans and secondly it will mean that there is a real connection between fans and club.

This fan will be elected by supporters and will not be a paid member of the board or a stakeholder, therefore MAJOR financial decisions will not be expected to be run past this person. However, I would expect a strong connection with this person when it comes to ticketing and merchandise costs.

Football is rapidly losing touch with the real fan and if it doesn't act to change this we will lose the beautiful game forever.
