Hi to all passionate Football fans. If you have been hiding under a rock the past few hours you will struggle to know that the FFA has come out and made their stance clear. David Gallop has stated the appeals process can be 'fine tuned' but it will still be guilty until proven innocent. He doesn't understand that this is a 'non negotiable' with all Active support groups, the whole competition wide. As we speak, the Active groups have responded in a very unusually united front, all but Wellington Phoenix's Yellow Fever has yet to respond. We always knew our Kiwi frinds were a but slow :) but we also understand they require big crowds to help their own uneasy cause at the moment. This strong show of solidarity is an impressive attempt to showcase that the love of our game as more important than any other rivalry we have on the pitch and on the terraces. The mutual respect shown is the positive force we have become. David Gallop got that bit right at least. This coming weekend will have the active bay's fans boycotting all games, that is, no active support for any games for the round. Going by different social media reports this is also drifting into the non active support groups also and I know of a large contingent of WSW fans will not be present, which I know of personally, who aren't in the RBB itself but are prepared to support their passionate brothers and sisters in support of their plight. We need to stand united on this and it will be up to the individual on their stance. I suggest getting in contact with your clubs active support group for further instructions or clarifications. Be assured you will not be judged for your individual stance and I'm sure the clubs, players and other fans will respect whichever decision you make for yourselves and your families. We should never have to be put into the position of deciding between our clubs we love and the game we love but these issues aren't just going to go away overnight unfortunately. I have also attached an email piece from Kevin Airs with a strong and widely accepted opinion of the events of today. I don't wish to influence your decisions but urge you to read it and make up your own minds. We need this petition to rise in numbers as part of the battle plan to gain a fair go for all. So please pass it around, every signature will help. Thanks for your ongoing support Mick Scarcella
