The FDA has delayed the US launch of United Therapeutics Implanted pump for the delivery of Remodulin (treprostinil) for patients with severe Pulmonary Hypertension.  It has been postponed until 2018, after we were told it would be approved in 2017.  Patients cannot wait this long.  The only other option is a double lung transplant. Clinical trials have shown that patients are doing well with it.  Please get this approved immediately.  The patients and their families cannot afford to wait.
