Fogo de Chao is an international Brazilian steakhouse with over 40 locations nationwide, with $300,000,000 in annual revenue and approximately 3,500 employees. Fogo de Chao is a subsidiary of Rhone Group,  a global private equity firm headquartered in New York City, so the company clearly has access to capital markets.
