Save Jamaican Consumers from FLOW Jamaica

The Issue

Countless FLOW Customers - to include businesses and  who subscribe to the company's landline, internet and cable services are consistently disenfranchised due to poor/ no internet strength and signal, unreliable telephone service, missing cable channels. All of this despite high prices for the offered services. Businesses have lost customers; consumers have lost money. In addition, my own personal experience has had me without internet, telephone and cable connection for upwards of a month. Regardless of paying my bills, I can have no resolution to this problem. My productivity is being severely hampered, particularly during at this time with COVID 19 - since working from home is rendered useless.

 

The executive management team at FLOW needs to improve on customer service, revise their billing practices - you cannot expect persons to pay for services they do not benefit from; improve their service offerings -  give us what you agreed to when you collect customers money; improve customer service - no one can ever provide any real solutions.

I must advocate on behalf of all the educators, students, business owners who now have to operate from online spaces to further their education, maintain their livelihood or engage our students.
